2. Eligibility
To access WealthTropics, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, possess the capacity to enter into binding contracts, and comply with applicable laws. We may request documentation to verify your identity and eligibility at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate personal and financial information to open a WealthTropics account. You agree to keep this information updated. By registering, you authorize us to conduct identity verification and compliance checks in line with AML and CTF regulations.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. Any misuse or unlawful activity may result in account suspension or legal action.
5. Scope of Services
WealthTropics offers access to financial markets including forex, options, and precious metals. We provide live market data, analysis tools, and educational content. While we aim for continuous service, technical disruptions may occasionally occur.
6. Acknowledgment of Risk
Trading involves risk, including possible loss of your initial investment. You acknowledge these risks and agree to use the platform responsibly. WealthTropics provides tools to manage risk but does not guarantee results.
7. Fees and Charges
WealthTropics charges trading fees, commissions, and other service-related fees. All current fees are listed transparently on the platform and may be updated at our discretion. Applicable fees will be deducted automatically from your balance.
8. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions must be made from verified accounts in your name. WealthTropics is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment processors. To avoid processing delays, ensure that your submitted information is accurate and complete.
9. Platform Security
We implement industry-standard security measures. However, clients are responsible for enabling features like 2FA and maintaining personal credential security. We are not liable for losses due to negligence.
10. Platform Access
Access to our platform is provided “as is.” While we strive to ensure uptime, occasional maintenance or outages may occur. We are not responsible for any losses due to service unavailability.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform content and software belong to WealthTropics. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.
12. Data Privacy
Client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You consent to our use of your data for compliance, service delivery, and communications purposes.
13. Market Data Accuracy
We aim to provide accurate market data, but external conditions may cause discrepancies. Clients are responsible for validating data before making trading decisions.
14. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspected fraud, non-compliance, or violation of these terms. We may freeze account balances during an investigation.
15. Legal Compliance
You agree to use WealthTropics in compliance with all laws, including AML/CTF rules and tax regulations. We may report suspicious activity to regulatory authorities as required.
16. Liability Disclaimer
WealthTropics is not liable for losses arising from platform use, system outages, third-party errors, or market conditions. You assume full responsibility for all trading activity.
17. Communication
Official communications will be made via the platform, email, or other approved channels. You are responsible for maintaining valid contact information and reviewing messages.
18. Updates to This Agreement
WealthTropics may amend this Agreement as needed. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued platform use after an update indicates your acceptance.
19. Third-Party Services
We may integrate services from third parties to improve the platform. While we vet providers, we are not liable for third-party service disruptions or errors.
20. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must first go through WealthTropics’ internal dispute resolution process. Clients agree to this step before pursuing arbitration or legal proceedings.
21. Leverage Policy
Leverage increases both risk and reward. Use it responsibly. WealthTropics may limit leverage in accordance with regulations and internal risk controls.
22. Educational Materials
Educational tools are for informational use only and do not constitute financial advice. Clients should seek independent advice where necessary.
23. Trading Restrictions
We may restrict access to certain instruments or strategies to comply with regulations or preserve platform integrity.
24. Account Recovery
In case of account compromise, you must complete our recovery process, which includes verification steps to regain access securely.
25. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WealthTropics operates. You consent to exclusive legal jurisdiction for any disputes.
